Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of our privacy policy, provided for convenience. The Russian version is the legally binding document, as required for a Russian sole proprietorship (ИП) processing data under Russian law (152-FZ "On Personal Data"). If the two versions differ, the Russian version governs.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Liana Mukhametgaleeva, sole proprietor under Russian law (INN 165610209557, OGRNIP 320169000025910), referred to below as "we". Website: moydostatok.ru. Contact for data protection questions: hello@moydostatok.ru.

2. What data we collect

  • Buyer email — collected during checkout via the YooKassa payment service, used to send a link to the purchased file and to contact you about your order if needed.
  • Order data — which product was bought, amount, payment status and time, payment id. Stored on our server for sales records and customer support.
  • Web analytics (Yandex Metrika) — aggregated visit statistics: pages viewed, referral source, device/browser type, approximate location by IP. See our cookie policy for details.

We never receive or store card numbers or other payment details — card payments are processed directly by YooKassa, which is PCI DSS certified.

3. Why we process it

  • To process and fulfil your order — deliver the purchased file by email;
  • To contact you about your order if needed;
  • To keep sales records for internal accounting;
  • To improve the site based on anonymised visit analytics.

4. Legal basis

Processing of order data is based on performance of a sale contract — by completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Processing of analytics data is based on consent given on your first visit (see our cookie policy), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Data shared with third parties

  • YooKassa — payment processing;
  • Yandex Metrika — web analytics.

Each of these services processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your personal data with any other third party except where required by law.

6. Where your data is stored

Order data is stored on a server physically located in the Russian Federation. Regular backups are made to protect against data loss.

7. Retention period

Order data is kept for at least as long as required by applicable law (including tax record-keeping), typically at least 5 years. Earlier deletion can be requested where it doesn't conflict with mandatory retention requirements.

8. Your rights

  • Request what data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data;
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to section 7 above);
  • Withdraw consent to analytics processing.

To exercise any of these, email hello@moydostatok.ru — we'll respond within a reasonable time, usually a few days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when adding new ways of collecting data. The revision date is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
